Hopeand i'm in iowa! love the corn! (lol sarcasm.. but yeh.. there's nothing to do.. omg.. my brain is turning into overcooked egg noodles. yum)
at least it gives me time to mull on working with my comic plotlines and attempt to start sketching again. I'd still love to get some books to start actually studying the how to's of art again. It seems I've even forgotten some very basic things recently. Not surprising though, with my memory's track record. ^_^
all in all though, I miss the mountains! Augh! and the ravens cawing.. and the cold.. omg.. the cold how i love you!

They actually list that tutorial on e frontier's website, but it's a link to abother website, and it took me a while to want to click on it >< I agree with you though, e frontier sucks when it comes to helping its consumers figure out their products.
I love photoshop speech bubbles, they're so much easier for me than anthing else
And don't worry about it, I'm glad I'm being helpful, don't ever hesitate to ask me something if you need anymore help, I really don't mind

But anyhoo. Try saving it in it's origional size to a photoshop accesible file, and then try re-sizing it to how you want and save it in PNG.
The only thing I can say is that I never use MS to resize things. And JPEG always just.. smushes my images so I've given it up a long time ago for PNG, it makes things look much smoother.
If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll try to think of something else to help you, if none of that helped, I'm terribly sorry. :hugs:
